Collaborate with team to determine instructional methods, such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
This position also collaborates with the Training Curriculum Developer to ensure training materials are appropriate and effective.
The Trainer conducts learning curriculum through various training techniques, creates a positive learning environment, communicates objectives clearly, and encourages and motivates trainees. The Trainer is responsible for conveying the knowledge and skills to a company's workforce through presenting training programs, and training aids.
